Appeal for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision - East Ilsley

We are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in East Ilsley.  

At around 10am on Wednesday, a white Vauxhall Corsa was found in a ditch after it had gone down an embankment on the A34 northbound, near to the East Ilsley junction. 

The driver of the vehicle, a woman in her forties, sustained serious life-threatening injuries and remains in hospital at this current time. 

No arrests have been made at this current time. 

We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the white Vauxhall Corsa travelling northbound on the A34 to please to get in touch.
